Shipped my package to wrong city and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!! Can’t contact no one. I don’t understand why these big companies go the cheap route to deliver our packages, for only for us to be disappointed.

It appears your company has a consistent habit of stealing packages. Your Lasership “delivery” drivers have You’ve stolen $500 worth of my packages in last 2-3 weeks alone. I’ve reported you to the BBB and I think I will speak to a lawyer about starting a class action lawsuit against your company. Judging by your multiple one star reviews on SiteJabber, Google, Yelp, TrustPilot, I’m sure you have many people who hate you and would love to see your company crash.

Should be a 0 star rating. They said my order was delivered, never received it. Said I signed for it. Contacted customer service they said it takes 48 hours to get a reply. They never emailed me back. I had to email the seller and they then confirmed the order was never delivered. Horrible horrible horrible service. Should be out of business. IMMEDIATELY

Package was initially on transit to the wrong city and had to be rerouted, delaying the delivery time by a few days. Then when it finally gets delivered, the delivery photo shows my package at a different house. I submitted a support ticket and now have to wait up to 48 hours for a response

Awful and they lie. They said they attempted to deliver my package everyday for 5 days but we have cameras and I left instructions for my building door code. It’s now taking up to two weeks to get my package that is coming from PA… I live in DC.
