Staff is always efficient, friendly, and professional. Witnessed one encounter with a customer who was insisting they do a return on a product that SW doesn’t sell. Staff remained professional and polite. Staff is knowledgeable about products, colors, tools. Great job!”

“They always have what I need. This time it was furnace filters and indoor florescent lights, along with service people who refuse to let me buy "wrong." I might pay a tad bit more, but I'm only making one trip, and that's because they make sure I head to the register with the right item. Jim always steers me right and does it with a smile. Been my hardware store since 1989.”

“Great experience here. The staff was over and beyond professional and a pleasure to work with. I arrived Thursday (load originally due Monday) had major break down. They took me early it was rescheduled for Friday at 6am. Delivery hours shut down at 2:30pm and I arrived at 1:40pm. The yard is very small but can maneuver to get my 53ft trailer you have to jackknife the truck but traffic can still move around. The dock worker was very impressed because he’s seen several drivers take 45 mins to get it but I made it in one shot. Also to get out you have to back out on to the street at an angle just to clear the tractor to swing out. This is the type of service that drivers like we work together not against each other. Thanks you guys for such a great experience.”
“My first time at this SW location, two staff members were present and extremely helpful. I came looking for vinyl safe painting samples/options, although they didn’t have physical samples they made calls and were able to direct me to a location that had the samples. Ended up just choosing the paint color from the online website, as I don’t want to drive. The paint quality was superb and well worth the price tag.”
