Worst experience of my life trying to get an estimate for a roof repair. When the guy came inside to get access to my attic he dumped so much insulation out all over my pantry. He did not offer to clean up the mess but only offered to get me a shop vac if I did not have one. Took me 2 hours to clean up the mess and still feeling the repercussions of the aftermath and dust settling. After that experience needless to say how could I trust them to do a good job on my repair.

My wife and I hired Patrick Miller Construction (PMC) two years ago to do siding, windows, and doors on our house, and siding on our detached garage. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Patrick Miller Construction. The number of issues caused by unsupervised subcontractors doing poor quality work, making inexcusable mistakes, taking shortcuts that would have had massive repercussions if not discovered before it was too late, created a tremendously stressful bad experience. After the paid in full project completed, we were alerted by PMC of a threat made by the owner of the subcontractor business to tear the siding off our home because PMC withheld money, and we should call the police if he or his crew stepped foot on our property. Most of the end results look good, but there are some big eyesores my wife and I have the displeasure of seeing everyday. I was offered $1,000 to not leave a bad review. I turned it down because the truth matters. Two years later and I am finally leaving the review, inspired to do so after a window literally fell out onto our lawn. PMC blames everything on the subcontractor. The blame is equally on PMC for not having an employee on site full-time during demolition and construction. I have extensive video, photographic, and written documentation. The record of all that transpired is irrefutable.

I would recommend Patrick Miller to anyone needing roof work. They did a wonderful job on our roof last summer. Even though there were extra things on our old house that needed attention they took care of it all, in one day, and it was perfection.
A small issue cropped up after the job—a small area of damage to some ceiling wallboard. Two of their crew came out and did the repair, and perfectly matched the textured surface. Amazing.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Previous employee here. EEOC and OSHA have been contacted about the retaliation and unsafe work environment. I called out the inexperienced lead carpenter for royally screwing up a job at Keller Golf Coarse and was retaliated against. I have never felt so uncomfortable working for an employer before in my 17 years of working. The lead carpenter Tou Chang and salesman Brent are the most racist, homophobic people I have ever met and when going to the higher ups about my concerns, I was treated like an outsider and was basically put on garbage duty, not able to do construction jobs ever since. I AM TRYING TO WARN FUTURE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS TO STEER CLEAR OF THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT HIRE

We would highly recommend Patrick Miller Construction, they replaced our outdated roof, they did an awesome job, very respectful crew, cleaned up everything, we didn't have to do anything. Highly professional and knowledgeable of their work. We can't say enough how pleased we are. Thank you Wade for your instant replies and keeping us updated of when the work would be done and your crew would be coming out. The planning was amazing around everyone schedule.

This company is EXCELLENT!! Patrick and his team were so easy to work with. Great communication, clean crew of guys, and project was done super fast! They were always on time for meetings and walk throughs. The crew did all they could to make sure the rest of our house stayed clean and dust free during the project.

Truly all I can say is WOW. I needed to have my garage torn down, and even though I'm not ready to commit to a replacement building, the team from Patrick Miller treated me like I was a top-dollar customer. It was a small job for them but a huge one for me; my rep (Andrew Hanson) talked me through every little detail, the project manager (Ross Hatton) was a total master with the Bobcat, and Patrick Miller himself came by to say hello and see the job. Who knew getting your garage torn down could be such a nice experience??

We worked with Andy to complete a small job for our new home. He's very down to earth and a straight shooter! Patrick Miller Construction is super responsive, did excellent work and was very thorough. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to others as well!

Patrick Miller Construction was very professional from the start and all the way to the end. They were hired to do our sidewalk concrete. Michael, John and Andy and their crew worked super hard. I have zero regrets working them! Would 100% recommend them!!!!!!!
