Poor tech support. Chatbot exists to boil your blood. 1st responders can not direct you through basic steps. They schedule onsite support for later.

They could of hired me looking for part time work got turned down. I guess you have to really kiss up to them to get on board. Not worth it for the little pay they start you at.
