I really enjoy shopping at the Salvation Army Thrift Store! They have some great vintage finds if you take the time to look. I also love their weekly discounts—children's clothing is half off on Tuesdays, and students get 25% off on Thursdays. Plus, they have a good selection of household items at reasonable prices. Always worth a visit if you're hunting for unique treasures or shopping on a budget.

Beggars ARE choosers here. These people go through EVERYTHING you bring piece by piece and don’t take things with infinitesimally minor imperfections. Then you take a look at the utter junk for sale inside - amazing. Go to SAVERS INSTEAD!

I usually enjoy browsing thrift stores, but my recent visit to the Salvation Army was a mixed experience. Shortly after arriving, I noticed a woman huffing and puffing and swearing under her breath, clearly agitated, only to realize she was actually an employee. At one point, she began loudly yelling about how customers need to pick up items that fall on the floor. While I understand that it can be frustrating when people are careless, sometimes items fall due to flimsy hangers or by accident. Not every customer notices when something slips, and yelling at everyone in the store is not the right way to handle it. If dealing with the public is that upsetting, retail might not be the best fit.
That said, there were a few good deals to be found, although some of the prices were surprisingly high for a secondhand store. On a positive note, the young man at the register was friendly and professional, which helped end the visit on a better note.

Wow this store has a lot of items. I was impressed with the variety of men’s clothes, books, glassware, and kitchen items. Worth a visit.
Self checkout was nice, especially when a staff member helped me with my rewards.

Never will I come here again I found a table that didn’t have a price tag on it. I had the lady contact the manager. He told me $15. She told me that she will bring the table to the front for me to purchase. I told her I was going to continue shopping and will purchase when I get to the front once I got to the front the table was gone and I was told that the table was sold for $12. I was extremely frustrated irritated and the workers did not show any sympathy. They said it’s too late now, my heart shattered.

The night staff are so hostile. Their close time says 9pm but at 8:50 they “close” the registers and at 8:45 they scream at the top of their lungs to hurry up and get going. We were basically kicked out at 8:50. I understand wanting to get home and I sympathize but if everything says you close at 9pm then that needs to be respected or else it’s just false advertising. First and last time visiting this location.

Wildly overpriced and full of junk.

Jenny the manager on duty had me wait for 45 minutes to use the fitting room because they "can only have one fitting room open" and the people in the fitting room before me were clearly robbing the place blind, coming out looking like michillin man when it's 85 degrees outside

The good stuff donated here goes downtown for online sales. The brick and mortar store product quality mix has suffered. Especially for books. They don’t even have video games in store anymore. DVDs are still 2/$1 a here though.

Just went to stop in quickly and look at furniture at 8:45pm. (They close at 9pm) The doors were locked. With the hours clearly posted, it was frustrating and disappointing to make the effort for nothing.

I dropped off donations here and the guy just seemed rude that I put everything into one big box instead of organizing it all for him. Would’ve been nice if he would’ve seemed thankful that I was donating items here instead of selling it or throwing it away.

It is not cheaper to shop at this thrift store for your family. A lot of the items you can find for brand new or maybe a dollar or a few more than what they have them priced here at salvation army. For the condition of most the items you will find they are not worth the high cost they ask for now. Very disappointed. With my family of seven I used to donate our clothes and upgrade as we needed because it was helpful for my family and then also helping others. I will not donate to this place anymore if they are going to charge people this much for my clothing or household items
