First time over at this location but have a lot of experience with SW products and locations. Had a little mix up with the delivery of my large order for an apartment building. Mike, the manager took care of the problem immediately and personally delivered the missing paint to the building and hauled away the extra paint I didn’t order. Sherwin always delivers, literally and figuratively.

Around 1:00 PM on 8-29-22 I went into the store to look at paint samples. A staff person was working next to me and did not ask if I had any questions. I was in the store for about 15 minutes and could hear two staff talking loudly while sitting in an office. No one was at the service counter. I left and went to the Blaine store where I received excellent customer service.

Excellent paint and I didn't even get the most expensive one (cashmere is the one I used)!!!! I've never looked at my walls and admired them until now! Think again when buying other brands. Sherwin Williams fixed my blotchy wall that I didn't know what to do with after using Bear paint. I thought I needed to hire a contractor that offered me a high bid of $750 for just my living room!!! I've always heard Sherwin Williams was expensive and thought I couldn't afford the good stuff. Think again, Sherwin Williams has good sales and I didn't have to spend more trying to fix my wallls. Thank you for making such a good paint and saving me a bundle after my disaster. I can't express my appreciation enough!
