“Great service. I had many repairs done at Turbo Tim for my truck. This time I asked for an inspection only. The report was texted to me including photos and very detailed information on what needs immediate repair and what can be done later. A paid Lyft ride would have been paid by Turbo Tim as well. I was having issues with the transmission in my truck and I was recommended to come see Chris and the crew for a second opinion after a long drawn out battle with the dealership. The issue that the dealer stated "wasnt a concern" was quickly recognized by Chris on a short test drive the very same day I picked my truck up from the dealer that didnt want to help me. Chris and his team got to my truck in a very timely manner and worked with my warranty company through the entire process to get my transmission replaced. “First time experiencing jpt Services I personally do not have my car there but we pulled my son's car there looks like they have plenty of business and very little room to Park which is unfortunate as their landlocked but I will have a further update on the rating once my son has the work done on his car of which he brought to a different shop for two previous problems. So hopefully this place as my son says comes with good reviews and I will leave an accurate one when I finish having them work on my son's vehicle but so far it looks high quality and professionally run .”
