“Victory Auto came through again for me!Cooler weather caused my ‘low tire pressure’ light to turn on.Their Fridley location was closest to me so I pulled in unannounced; they efficiently checked my tires, explained two of my air pressure sensors batteries are at end of life; confirmed tires are good and just replace the parts when I get new tires. No pressure from them to buy new tires now.Victory is such a pleasant experience. The respect between employees and customer is top notch! Thank you!”

“I took my car there for an oil change. The owner at the front desk is very helpful. He offered me a Pepsi while I waited and said I could change the channel on the tv to whatever I wanted. The main mechanic is a master and can fix anything. I’ve heard rumors they are getting a popcorn machine and maybe a claw machine. I will certainly be back for more work.”

“Had a major steering repair done there. It did take a week to fix, and three months later the Sam problem happened. They did fix it again without charging me. The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.”

“I was in the area from out of town and my car started making a concerning noise. iTrust was recommended to me as an honest and ethical mechanic, so I called them late in the afternoon and explained my situation, they got my car in first thing the next morning, determined what the issue was, and told me it wasn’t a safety concern and I didn’t have to have it fixed immediately. They told me what it would cost to have it done there if I did want it done right away. I had them do it and they fixed the problem in around 2 hours. They also let me know that I was going to need a little bit of additional work done soon on another part and told me what a fair price to pay for it will be once I get back home. It’s so nice to have a mechanic you can trust, I definitely recommend them!”

“I needed Air for 3days and didn’t know how to do it and I’m very cautious about my car due to it being my only source of income. I googled and found this place and called, Amber picked up and I explained that I don’t know how to put air in my tires . But, once you know how to get there it isn't a problem.Just beware... don't use the word "ridiculous" around Jason. Apparently it's his trigger word.”
“I usually do my own repairs,but my health is making it difficult. This is the 3rd time in my 30 years of driving that I needed to use a shop. The owner Sam is nice, he drove my car and told me exactly what was wrong. The part I needed to replace was something I didn't want to do. His labor rate, I believe, was $130 an hour. Which is the average. He quotes book times, which is fine. I will bring my vehicles back here if it is something I don't want or can't do.”

“I have taken my bug to many shops, and even the VW dealership has sadly screwed up my car many times in the past. My poor little bug broke down on me and wouldn't start. I had it towed to the Volkswagen Man and OMG best little shop just for Volkswagens ever! I sadly needed a new engine, and they went above and beyond to help me with getting my car back up and running and in the budget I could afford. They kept me up to date on what what was going and they even showed my old engine and all the damage. I'm so grateful to have found this shop and will forever be my now go to with my car because ever other place has caused trust issues.”

“After my experience this week with Complete Auto Service, I don't see the need for less than 5 stars. Complete Auto was a "HIT" with me. A group of Honest individuals, with Integrity while working as a Team. I attempt to pride myself on service and was simply impressed by the communication initially provided by Jerod and all follow up ensuring I knew the needs of my old truck and how much the repair would be. I couldn't afford all the fixes - times are a bit tight right now BUT I know where I will be going when I am ready. For those that have the need to read reviews as I, be sure to read the negatives for personally, they should not exist. Complete Auto is operated with a prideful bunch and I love that they review and address those that may leave less than ideal reviews. That alone gave me the confidence to check them out.
