I am a customer of Wells Fargo for many years. I stopped by the drive-thru with my mother who is also a Wells Fargo customer. When we arrived there wasn't anyone in any of the lanes. Except for a police officer who was about to leave the drive-thru. A Wells Fargo worker named LATOYA didn't even inform me to wait. I had to call on the drive-thru line and we had to wait for 23 minutes. However, during the first 10 minutes LATOYA instead helped out two different customers who arrive way later than us. After attending us LATOYA didn't even say "Have a nice day". We were treated in a disrespectful way and we think LATOYA is extremely racist.

I am too happy when I get Aziza at the drive thru! Lol. They are always very nice and efficient. She remembers me and my dog's :) I hear her recognizing other people too. Which I think is very heartwarming and rare these days.

I have visited this branch numerous times because it's close to my home, but the customer service I experienced today from Mayo is unparalleled. He had such a friendly demeanor and was very informed. He took the time to clarify everything to my 14-year-old daughter who was opening her first checking account. Truly, his customer service was exceptional.

I was there this morning to get a simple cashiers check. They rudely told me they could not give it to me even though I had the funds in the account to cover it, I asked to speak to the manager but he convently got in to meeting, I left there went to another branch and the transaction was flawless,

Servants Lih Took the time out to help me open an account and was very patient and very kind. I highly recommend this premier banker to anyone who is looking for assistance opening a bank account and having everything explained carefully he is the one you want to see to be more efficient. Try to make an appointment where you can get Everything everything you need out of your appointment

Every time I had a question about something Latoya would smack her mouth or give me attitude as if she was annoyed to even be there. It’s not my fault you hate your job, but at least try to up your customer service game. I've decided to take my business elsewhere due to the lack in manners.

Fridley Wells Fargo lost $1000 of my deposit!!! I made an in-person CASH deposit of $7750 with the teller at the University location, but then when I checked online I noticed that my balance was short $1000. I called several times with no answer (at 3 pm), then, since this bank apparently doesn't even answer the phone, I went all the way back to the bank in person to clear it up.The cocky, rude, smirking bank manager told me to "have a seat" while he and his little smart alleck assistant guy spent the next hour bumbling around trying to figure out their $1000 "system error". The teller admitted that it had happened to multiple customers that day.I never got any kind of apology or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience of having the bank lose $1000 of my money or having to sit in a chair waiting and waiting.Finally, after about two hours of waiting, at 5:45 pm, after the bank had been CLOSED for 45 minutes with me sitting in a chair in the corner like a child on time-out, I decided it was the last straw with shady Wells Fargo and their rude, incompetent and shady management and I asked to just close my account.I was told that even though I had made my deposit IN CASH only a little while ago, they couldn't give me my balance with the deposit included and would have to keep $1000 since it wasn't reflected in their system because of the original mistake that THEY made.After waiting for hours for these fools to figure out what the hell they did with my money, I was then told I would have to come back the next day to get my other $1000 (the same funds that I had literally handed them, IN CASH only about two hours earlier). I asked the bank manager for some kind of receipt that showed that they still owe me $1000, and it took speaking to a police officer and making a report in order to get him to give me that.Lol sorry, but I sure as hell wasn't leaving and just taking it on faith that they would give me my money which now apparently doesn't exist in the system even though they accepted the cash from me.Tomorrow I will be in the minute they open to get the rest of my money and close my account. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY, UNPROFESSIONAL BANK EVER AGAIN, and anybody who still wants to give them more chances after hearing this story should have their head examined!!!You wouldn't think a bank could ever screw up this bad, but not only does Fridley Wells Fargo LOSE their customer's money, they don't want to fix it when you bring it to their attention. They act like they're doing YOU a favor letting you sit in a chair for two hours waiting for them to get their sh*t tegether!!!I will never be a Wells Fargo customer again as of tomorrow, but I hope that someone competent at Wells Fargo sees this review because the bank manager at your location on University in Fridley should be FIRED.If anyone in this company is competent enough to care about what happened to this customer today, please feel free to contact me, or the Fridley police for the report on file.You would think you should be able to trust THE BANK with your money, but apparently NOT FRIDLEY WELLS FARGO!!! What an absolute nightmare!!!

ATM is ALWAYS empty or not working. Went today and had to drive 8 miles to the next bank (as usual with this location, I dont even know why I bother with this branch anymore). At least the next bank in Spring Lake Park had their driveway plowed and the ATM WORKED. The Fridley location wasn't even plowed out. People were trekking through the snow from the street to get to the bank. The Fridley location is absolutely horrible!
