We recently had a client drive through with a back up camera issue. Sydney and the team at Steinbring Motorcoach saved the day. Not only did they get a new camera and cable in a day, but also found a way to get us the product here in Fargo. We appreciate the effort and look forward to working with the team again in the future.

My husband and I bought a 2006 Dutch Star from this dealership in May. We tried to bargain with them because my husband could see there were a couple issues with the rig. The owner would only come down $2,000. And then as we were filling out the paperwork, we were told to sign 4 different documents saying that we were buying it as is. Hindsight is 20-20!!! I never thought that a dealership that had such a good rating online would knowingly sell a product that has the amount of problems as this rig has. So far, we have had to purchase 2 slide out motors for $1,900.00 combined. The air conditioning on the dash doesn’t work at all and my husband is not sure if it will. One of the rooftop air conditioners doesn’t work at all and is going to cost us approximately $1,200-1,500. There were numerous water leaks that had to be fixed and windows that needed fixing. Every time we turn around, there seems to be something else to fix and you can’t tell me they didn’t know these things! I don’t know how they could look us in the eye and shake our hands when they knew what was wrong with this. I saw a comment in a review that said they were unethical. I don’t think that’s all, I just think they are not the decent people they make themselves out to be! I am so disappointed in this business and will NEVER send ANYONE their way. I know, I know… buyer beware! But if you can go elsewhere, go elsewhere!!!!

We stopped in the dealership in Alex to "kick the tires" and get better educated about Class B rigs. Chase was awesome, and did a great job of walking us through the Midwest Auto Design units they have on hand. While we aren't ready to buy yet, we appreciated him walking through things.
