Giving you guys a 5 star review because you deserve it and do everything you can for how small of a staff you have.
Anyone complaining about not getting their pizza on time are most definitely ordering during lunch or dinner rush and expect the 1 cook in the back to work at the speed of light and get everything done on time during a rush, and honestly that's just embarrassing and immature.
I'm sorry you guys get a bad rep when you're struggling to keep up.

If you want to order anything from the kitchen you have to put the order in a day before cause everytime you order they say 20-40 mins but end up waitting outside for like an hour plus whatever time they say

What a gross and disgusting store..
Of course there's no pizza in the warmer, no surprise there. The issue is that this store hires the most unkempt people I've ever seen. There were dirty rags inside the food warmers right up against the burgers and stuff. I wanted to take a picture but they were both standing there on their phones.
Came in again I the morning and? Same rags in the same place, no food in the warmers, and the clerk is sitting on their phone behind the counter not acknowledging anybody.
Caseys, you can do much better than this. This is by far the worst Casey's in the state of Minnesota!

I won’t say all employees but I’ve had an encounter with 1 particular employee not once but twice being that Casey’s the only store open before im heading to work immediately the first time her approach and demeanor was disgusting and same again today I’ve been to every corner store here and Gaylord and she’s giving Casey’s a very disgusting representation im simply from another state just here for work and I rather stop somewhere in Mankato vs having to be treated as such both encounters have given me she’s very much racist I’ll just simply stay away

Paid for my online order and the service is the same everytime with the kitchen staff. Slow. 15 minutes is 45 dang near and forgetting things with orders is almost a guarantee..

We like the pizza from Casey’s and it is the only place in town to get it but when you call in to order food they always try to discourage you from ordering they will say something like are you sure you want to order is going to be a long time we are really busy and I place the order and they told me 45 minutes I went in and they forgot to put my pizza in the oven and they asked me to come back in 20 minutes and went again in 20 minutes and they had forgotten to do it again so I had to stand I there for 10 minutes to put it in the oven
The service is horrible

Felt uncomfortable because of the cashier who seemed racist kept on eye on most poc than in general never once I felt so uncomfortable at a caseys before like I did

Pizza is good but almost everytime it's not finished on time. The store is meh and the employees are not the greatest, some are rude others just really don't want to be working, the pumps don't all work when you try to type in your zip code, but the main issue i have is DO NOT BUY MILK HERE! Everytime I've gotten milk it's been expired. I brought it up to an employee and they acted like it was no big deal, they said someone just didn't switch them out or it was the company that delivers the milk. Either way it's unacceptable. Probably the worst Casey's location I've been to unfortunately.
