“This place is amazing. My family and I were traveling from North of Minneapolis back to Illinois on the 4th of July last friday for a funeral in my family. We were 2 hrs into our trip when the battery light came on in our car. I happened to stop at a O'reillys auto parts to see what was wrong with the car. It just so happened that one of the Reese brothers happened to be picking up a part for a different project. We confirmed that it was the alternator and as soon as the battery ran out of power my family and I would be stuck. We contacted his brother Joe who said bring the alternator with you and come to the shop we will help you out!! They had our car fixed with an hour and a half and back on the road!! On the 4th of July when they were not even open!! This place is amazing and full of kind and honest people. My family will never forget this!! Thank you!!!”

“Last April 19, 2023 I was driving on I 90 late at night. There was a severe storm with lightning, heavy rain and a high velocity headwind. The vehicle started to shutter. I had to slow way down. I was eastbound about 5 miles west of Albert Lea. I pulled off at exit 157. Fortunately, North Bridge Auto Plaza was close by but it was closed. Since it was after midnight I pulled into the car lot, called their office, left a message and waited. First thing in the morning a young man named Nate came up to my vehicle and said he could pull it in to take a look. A little later the manager okayed the repairs that were needed, even though the work was unexpected for them. A spark plug housing was cracked and the plug had gotten wet. I was back on the road by 9:30am. I was grateful and amazed by the attention I received. It was a great help to me. I was 500 miles away from home and still had three hours left to get to my destination so I was greatly relieved to have the car running good and very appreciative of the men at North Bridge Auto Plaza who offered their service with such a helpful attitude.
