They process a 1/4 cow for us every year, and they have great service!

I cannot recommend this place for processing a cow. They will short you about 10% of your final packaged meat. On a quarter beef that adds up to about $125 at current prices. If you call them out on it they become defensive and rude. I have used many different area meat processors and always ended up with the correct weight of finished product. Read the other reviews, they are just as bad. Lots of other reputable processors around here. I will never do business here again.

Bought their smoked pulled pork at a flea market in Detroit Lakes, MN this summer. Insanely good!!! I’ll give it 10 stars!!! Off the charts lean, tasty and moist. One of the best things I’ve eaten. I need to fill my freezer with their products!!!

A pleasant surprise to find this place. They have a Mexican butcher and a person who attends the counter in Spanish.
