We have shopped here twice now, and we are so impressed! We get the rib eye, but also have gotten meat sticks and the jerky. Exceptional flavor, texture, freshness. 10/10!

Went there last week looking for a specific product they told me it would be in today. I stopped in today going way out of my way to do it and they still do not have the product. I made sure I told them I will not be back. Wouldn't go there unless you call first.

I’ve tried beef jerky from countless places across Minnesota, exploring nearly every town and region. Out of all of them, Alsleben Meats in Glencoe stands out as the best. Their beef jerky excels in flavor, texture, and overall quality—truly unmatched by anything else I’ve tried so far.

Friendly staff, Many choices of meats, They cut my pork chops to my choice of thickness. I bought other items I had not planned on as my wife usually buys the groceries. I am now retired so when I got home I made her supper. The chops were great! I'm looking forward to the chicken! Beside the independent bakeries, I am adding this meat shop to my list of places to experience.

EVERYTHING is fresh and fabulous! The ribs grilled low and slow were meaty with very little fat and formed the perfect bark. Burgers, brats, smoked pork chops, jerky.... you can’t go wrong!
