“When I brought my car with a damaged front grill in to see what could be done this morning, Corey got me in right away, spent time to assess and stabilize the situation so I could get to work this afternoon and offered me options that I could choose for repair that were very reasonable. On top of all this, the time his team spent on my car this morning was complimentary! Such rare courtesy in these times and very professional. I highly recommend!”
“Great shop! I messed up the door on our Corolla backing up with it open (never doing that again) and they were able to bring it back to factory condition by replacing both the door and front fender. There was a bit of a wait to get in, but it's my experience that the same is true of any good shop. The loaner they provided worked great. Would definitely recommend even if you're coming from the cities. ?????”
“Jonny Rock is very professional and very kind. He went out of his way to look at my car while it was in storage as well as pick it up a few weeks later! He replaced the soft-top on my crossfire and it look GREAT! I would highly recommend him!”
“Dave, the manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Glencoe, provides outstanding customer service. He is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. He took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I was happy the right bulbs. It's clear he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Excellent service and a great example of how a parts store should be run. Highly recommend!”

“Everyone here is so helpful every time we visit. It's nice that they actually seen to know what they're talking about unlike some competitors. Prices are good, even better if you have AAA.”

“Would highly recommend this shop, Izzy is very helpful. I was looking for a second hand part ABS module and Izzy found the only one available for me. The part was shipped from USA to the Netherlands without any problems. Thank you Izzy for the flexibility and good communication. Would certainly buy from shop again.”
