  There was a cashier, lady, whom had amazing customer service skills. She knew how to take care of all of my needs at that time. She respected me and her employees as well. I was stunned that she provided amazing leadership skills. Thanks so much for making me feel welcome. 😀

  Don’t go this Casey. I’m vegetarian and there was no cheese pizza in warmer’s. So I asked if I could order couple slices the guy Immediately gave me attitude. He tried giving me a large! I asked what’s with the attitude? and he started yelling at me. I ask for manger the women at the register said he was the manager with major attitude. This was night shift. FYI I did ended hearing them both cutting me down. I went to different Casey in Gaylord with friendly people and great service!

  Stopped on the way home recently. Cashier was very friendly and helpful! Ordered breakfast pizza online prior and done sooner than expected.

  Decent pizza and subs, when you can get it. Half the time I try to order a sub, it's oh we're not doing that right now. The pizzas are good, for gas station pizza, it's actually quite impressive. However, if you're offering multiple things on your menu, it'd be nice to be able to order them whenever you want. I'm not referring to a shortage of a particular ingredient, I'm referring to them actually just closing the sub side of their restaurant all too often.

  Want delivery? Don't try to order from here. They limit their delivery time to peak evening hours, which makes sense, except that over half the time they still don't deliver. At this point it's so frequent they either don't have a driver or just need to terminate the current one.The good news is they've stopped getting orders horrendously wrong, instead you get no orders.Most of the staff in store is very nice and fun.I miss the old mangement team though, never had issues until the change.

  Give no stars cus apparently if you call right after 9 they ignore their phones and will not answer for an order no matter how many times you call. Horrible service
