We went here so my long-haired son could get a trim. It's a beautiful old building. Staff were kind and helpful.

We were treated like we were royalty. This place is absolutely gorgeous. Wes is an amazing host and cook, the food was scrumptious and they are generous servings, you will not go away hungry. The home was beautiful and our room was spectacular. The original woodwork and parquet flooring takes your breath away. We definitely recommend this place. We can’t wait to go back.

This is a beautiful and make you feel at home stay! Our host, Wes was warm and friendly. We enjoyed all our conversations with him. The Inn was beautiful and the room we stayed in was very comfortable , quite, cozy with nice thoughtful amenities. The breakfast was exceptional. I was very impressed. This is truly a 5 plus out of 5. I highly recommend staying here. We are in Glencoe at least once a year and I now have found this jewel and will be returning each year.

We stayed here after our daughter's wedding and the hosts could not have been more accommodating. From the initial correspondence to our plans changing last minute, they were gracious and understanding. I would not hesitate to stay with them again. One note, be sure to remember to reserve a room with a bathroom if that's important to you. Two rooms share a bathroom. Either way, everything is adorned beautifully and tastefully. And, the food was delicious!

We just returned from two nights at the Brechet Inn. What a beautiful place! From the screened front porch to the incredible woodworking throughout, to the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, we had a fabulous stay. Breakfast was so good - yogurt parfait, eggs and sausage, blueberry french toast, coffee and juice. Delicious and graciously prepared and served. The only suggestion is to serve real half and half with coffee and tea. Wes and Sue are very accommodating, unintrusive yet friendly. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We spent three nights at the Brechet Inn while attending the Ryder Cup in Chaska. The Inn was a perfect retreat after long days watching golf. Wes was very hospitable and attentive and went out of his way to accommodate our early morning departures. Our room (Bertha Marie Julia Suite) was lovely .... very quiet and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of cookies on arrival, fluffy robes and fresh towels every day. We didn't meet Sue, but we know she was busy behind the scenes helping to make our stay so enjoyable.
