One of the beverages I tried to purchase wasn't in their system for some reason. Instead of just scanning another version of the same beverage, I was told I couldn't buy it. Other than that I love Kwik Trip and everyone there is always friendly. (The cashier was great though)

When to go put gas in my vehicle the gas.
Lyft valve will not stay up. Pump is obviously broken. No one cares that is there. There are no towels in dispensers out side ( i checked 6 empty) There's 1 person in the whole store you couldn't talk to them. So I'm reading writing you a review, it's not acceptable Everywhere you look. They say that they care and they do this and that and the other thing they need to show it a heck of a lot more than they are because it's a crappy place to go right now.

It's clean and well stocked. Pumps work nice and the employees are always around. Nerve a long line and I'm able to get in and out quickly.

Out of chicken was told 20 mins ok that's fine. Was told I had to wait out in my car and not stand in store and wait.

It's the only place around where you can stop to get a warm breakfast in the morning and they stopped making breakfast sandwiches in the morning. Guess early shift people aren't important enough for breakfast.

I have visited this place numerous times over the years. Never have I ever felt so out of place as today. 1 cashier for 7 people? What happened to using the KT phrase, "I see 3"? One older lady, whitish-Grey hair, was coming from the back area with what I hoped to be to assist those waiting in line. Nope, she took a few minutes to change a garbage bag behind the counter. Then proceeded to put on an orange vest to go outside. She cut right in front of me, scowl on her face, and didn't say excuse me or anything to the nature of cutting me off. Upon exiting the store she was picking up garbage next to a trash receptacle outside. While understanding this is part of the expectations (clean outside), she muttered something as she started heading back inside. On another note, 3 other customers in line were growing frustrated that the 1st cashier had now mentioned at least twice to get assistance checking customers out. Not sure why this bothered me so much today as I know it's hard to find help these days. Maybe it was the extremely rude employee or the fact that others were growing frustrated as well? Regardless, a noteworthy comment must be made.
