Can't even game packet loss is terrible. 100 Mbps is promised not what I'm getting around 75 to 90 mbps upload 20mbps getting 5 to 10 its just miserable. They need competition in the market.

I bumped my service up from 30 to 100 and am having issues worse than at 30! I've monitored for 7+days and getting 50-75 speed. At 100 i should have zero issues w/2 devices using and usually only 1 using at a time. Seems from CS they hired some Centurylink workers-RUDE, HANG UPS, Just like Centurylink employees!

Thank you to whoever below suggested walking into the office. My husband submitted a request online and never heard back, so he walked into the office today and was able to get helped. We found out even though we live 5 mins down 212 they won’t service our area which seems crazy with how close we live but whatever. With the high prices and poor customer service it’s no real loss

The lady was very sleepy and seemed annoyed. I tried to call many times and phone is always busy. I had to end up going there.

Unprofessional customer service. No notification of service workers coming to our house. They were parked in our driveway with an unmarked vehicle. I called Nuvera and they couldn’t even confirm where their workers are throughout the day. Unmarked vehicles and workers. The worker also threw a cigarette in our backyard. We had never requested any service and the pedestal, where they are working, is accessible via an alley. Their service for the fiber optics change has been terrible.

Terrible service. Have had nothing but trouble with service the last 2 weeks. Get the run around after talking with 6 different people. Will be canceling service!

Service is solid but I run across a lot of times where I barely get 10mbps, and that's pinging New Ulm. Also my service has gone down a few times now (once for over a week before they got back to me) since May or June when I first signed up. Still better then my CenteryLink experience. Decent service but could be much better for the cost.

Our service is so hit or miss for Wifi. Not too friendly when we called. We want to support small town but will cancel when contract is up.
