I used to love going to Pro Nails, but the quality was not good the last handful of times. I recently had gel polish; within 24 hours, they were all chipped and flaking off. I call ahead and schedule my appointments, but I often wait well past my scheduled time.

Nail techs did pretty good on my nails, it did take a bit long but was worth it with how beautiful my nails came out

I've been in for 2 pedicures and number one, they soaked my feet for 5 minutes. I have pincer problems where nail on big toes are curling. The cure for this is proper soaking and filing the top so the nail relaxes. They are not educated. It was 20 minutes at a cost of $45. Never again.

the nails turned out cute at first but now that i am trying to take them off, not even a sliver of nail is left on my hand. i have never had this experience with taking off my acrylic nails. when me and my dad walked in there, we asked if they took card and she said yes but then when we were all done, she said they didn’t so me and my dad were stuck not knowing what to do. it was not a good experience

Male is rude!!! Woman tried telling me what I owed and I didn’t understand what she said so guy was there to yell out 30!!!! Gee thanks ass hole!! Never going back.

Two stars instead of 1 because the staff seemed nice and was accommodating to getting me in on short notice. Extremely unhygienic. Buffer and file full of dust from previous clients nails. Used a cuticle nipper to try and get off cured gel polish from my skin and shook it before using it to get off the previous peoples clipped skin. (Saw the skin chunks fall off of it) Cut the tip of my finger trying to get the gel polish they just put on off my skin. (Not enough to bleed but enough to know I was cut which took a few days to heal) Got a lot of gel polish on my skin and between my nails and skin which stuck them together. Seemed to spend a lot of time trying to fix that problem using the dirty cuticle nipper and roughly with the his own fingernails. (Which hurt) I am surprised it has over 2 stars... But maybe I just noticed these things more being in the beauty industry and previously going to high end nail salons. It shouldn't have to be high end to be clean though......

Not very happy with my results today. I asked them to start as far down toward the cuticle as they could. The opposite was done. They barely got it on my own nails. I also asked them to make them very short. They did not do that either. And I told her it wasn't short enough and she said yes it is. Who's the boss? Them or the customer? When I complained that it wasn't filled in at the bottom they tried to blame me for that. Really looks bad. If I'm going to pay $50 to have my nails done it's going to be to a place that actually does what I ask. Do not recommend!Less than one month later and they are coming off.3 of the 10 are gone!!!

They squeezed me in last minute before easter and I got a fill and color change. Didn't cut me at all and were super nice. Best manicure in ages. Definitely recommended.Services: Gel manicures
