Seneca Foods Corp provides pickup and delivery service. The site has two separate areas: one for frozen pickup and delivery and another for cans and bottles. People at Seneca locations are always polite and friendly. They load trucks even before appointment times, and they take trucks even if the driver is late. The door is at the end of the building by the railway. Drivers check in on a computer with 27 and give their pickup number. After the clerk tells them which dock to use, they shut the engine off, back the truck to the door, and wait in the office. Loading takes less than 30 minutes. The office has chairs and restrooms for drivers. Signs in red and yellow guide the driver to the frozen shipping/receiving area. Overall, the service is fast, friendly, and convenient.

Always very professional. Always quick loading. They know how to load a reefer which is always a bonus! Best smelling restroom I've ever used.
