This location is EXTREMELY friendly & clean. My hubby & I made a pit stop there & the guy/girl staff were/are THE SWEETEST people ever!! Another customer mentioned lady's bathroom ran out of toilet paper & the the guy staff ran and installed a fresh roll immediately before I could use it. This location will be on my family's radar on road trips.

I will never go back to this caseys on minnesota ave glenwood. I was buying scratch off and monster and employee wanted to card me . I said for what ? He said for the scratch off wow I'm way way over 18 I could be his grandma. I'm so mad at how he handled the situation I left my stuff and I said I never will be back .

Glenwood MN: home to the two worst run Casey’s in our state. Unkempt and slow service. Example: at the store intersected by 55 and 29 it is noon and the line in the store is 4-5 people long while two employees stood outside smoking/vaping in clear view of inside customers. The one closer to downtown is just filthy. Slow service as well. Very poor management.

Spent 50 dollars on gas but restroom was not available. Was going to buy more but left after rude dismissive staff. Won't be back. Must be a Caseys corporate culture thing. This is my second time I have experienced this.

Worst Casey's experience ever!! Bought a brisket BBQ sandwich it was ice cold.... Went in to see of they had a microwave as I told them it was ice cold. No offer to replace or refund. She pointed said there... there was blocked by multiple cases of water which I had to then move to use the microwave all the while she pretty much just talked to kitchen staff and ignored me. When I arrived there was a guy chatting with the kitchen staff hanging in the door way to the kitchen. The cashier didn't know what was going on in his defense he appeared to be a kitchen person. But still come on Casey's pull it together!

I would really appreciate not getting old food and food that is done. The pizza was good but I got potato cheese bites they were soggy and tasted old as heck
