Traveling through Glenwood MN with a rental car and we got a nail in our tire earlier in the trip. We were losing air quickly and needed to make it to Alexandria. We couldn’t find air anywhere quickly and we stopped at Glenwood True Value to ask for possible assistance. Alex was working the floor and asked us if we needed help. We advised him of the issue and he immediately told us to pull around back and he would use their air compressor to get us air and back on the road. In our eyes he went above and beyond to help a non customer and that says a lot about that store and its employees! Thank you Alex! 10/13/25.

Do not buy a battery here. They have a very poor replacement policy if you get a dud. They charge it and make you wait a couple days. Then test it in such a way that it will always pass the test, But doesn't actually test the batteries capacity to hold a charge. I buy upwards of 5 large car batteries a year and I will never be buying one from them again. I suggest Menards of Fleet Farm in Alex

Aside from some of the products being overpriced they certainly make up for with it's highly knowledgeable, resourceful, and even with a line collecting at checkout, they'll see you thru whatever you need and getcha out the door and on with ur weekend..nice to see that a few places (locally anyways), haven't lost the purpose, meaning and importance of "Service".. keep it up GFS we're paying attention!!

I always enjoy going into Fleet Supply for mechanical or electrical needs. They have nearly everything I usually need, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Not to mention, they have the best deal on gas and propane in the whole area.

Good store with everything you need but my God their storage facilities are a joke, water in every year, they do not manage the driveways and pads around building, always super rough, hardly plowed. Glad my shops almost done. Not worth the $$$ for storage here
