“Don't go into the lumber yard 10 minutes before they close. I just about got locked inside the yard for the night. I didn't bring my sleeping bag so I was definitely unprepared.”

The delivery people week polite and respectful of our home. They removed our old fridge, gave us time to clean the floor before installing the new fridge.”
“Nice, classy showroom floor. More variety than expected. Small area for kids to play while while parents browse. Went with my husband, who was shopping for a new stove. The gentleman offering to help me was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the gentleman helping my husband was less so. Despite being willing to pay for delivery, we were told that we were out of range (at 45 miles), so we wound up not purchasing anything.”
“I get regular salt delivery for my water softener. The technicians who provide the service are on time and knowledgeable about my system. If something needs adjustment they take care of it as needed so my system is always working properly.”
“We needed a new dishwasher and didn't need anything fancy just to wash dishes, and on a budget so we went to Appliance Outlet Center, they were extremely helpful and we found the one we wanted and it was installed days later, Tim Wood was excellent in getting it installed quickly, and making sure there were no leaks afterwards, it is nice to have a plumber who has worked in condos before to understand how it works and gets it done quickly, we highly recommend Appliance Outlet Center!

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”
“I brought my 2 year old daughter in with me to get some lumber early this morning. The store manager gave her free balloons. They were also able to cut my 2x4x8 in half which was awesome. Great experience, one of my favorite stores!”

“Great reuse/salvage warehouse for reclaimed wood and other building or renovation materials. I’ve purchased reclaimed wood flooring and rough sawn lumber reclaimed from their deconstruction efforts to keep building materials out of the landfill while creating jobs. Here’s how I used rough sawn wood to cover a new beam.”
“Took my grandson to one of their craft events. He had a blast even though it was very overcrowded. Would suggest some controls on the numbers of people - maybe assigning some times to spread it out.”
“I was looking for replacement parts for an old tub faucet. Was referred to this place by another local plumbing supply store. The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.”

“Today my sister is retiring from Tennant. She started in the mail room when she was 19. My mom also retired from Tennant several years ago, after working there for 27 years. I also have a cousin who retired, her daughter who will some day retire from there. This company has been very good to my family. I feel like I grew up here.
I recently moved into a building and saw an old familiar sight, it made me smile and it felt like home.”
“Ibrahim and Will are two employees that I interacted with this week at Eden Prairie Home Depot. Will cut blinds for me and was very prompt, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. He had a real friendly demeanor. I thanked him for his excellent customer service. Then I went to the self checkout and had more great service. Ibrahim rang me up at the self checkout, and did it all for me! Then he put the three bags of salt that I purchased in my cart. I was floored!! I’ve not had such cordial service like this for a long time! Thanks, guys!! Hope you get a raise! Home Depot is lucky to have you both.”
