The delivery people week polite and respectful of our home. They removed our old fridge, gave us time to clean the floor before installing the new fridge.”
“Nice, classy showroom floor. More variety than expected. Small area for kids to play while while parents browse. Went with my husband, who was shopping for a new stove. The gentleman offering to help me was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the gentleman helping my husband was less so. Despite being willing to pay for delivery, we were told that we were out of range (at 45 miles), so we wound up not purchasing anything.”
“When our fridge suddenly stopped cooling we shopped all the big box stores and narrowed down what we were looking for. We were able to order the exact brand and color through Appliance Outlet Center for less, with sooner delivery and set up, and they removed the old one. Smooth easy process, and happy with the result.”
“I get regular salt delivery for my water softener. The technicians who provide the service are on time and knowledgeable about my system. If something needs adjustment they take care of it as needed so my system is always working properly.”
“Fantastic. Stopped in a couple times, talked to both Joe and Patti about a new hood. Scott got it installed despite an off-center duct and it's perfect. Made the most aggressive seared beef I could think of and not a bit of smoke make it passed the hood without being deafening. Could not be happier”

He also helped us trim our remaining trees so that they would be healthier in the years to come. Travis was helpful, professional, and gave us great advice and guidance on how to manage our trees and at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.”

You just never know what you might find as their inventory changes all the time (so go as.often as you can if you're setting up your household!).
What you can ALWAYS count on? GREAT PRICES on whatever you need and stuff you didn't know you needed until you saw it ~ and spent way too much time goofing around with your friends TRYING to figure out what it is!

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”

“Today my sister is retiring from Tennant. She started in the mail room when she was 19. My mom also retired from Tennant several years ago, after working there for 27 years. I also have a cousin who retired, her daughter who will some day retire from there. This company has been very good to my family. I feel like I grew up here.

“We've had a Wolf range for almost 20 years and a sub zero fridge/freezer for a few years. They are exquisitely designed and the fabulous performance makes me happy every day. Today I had to phone support with an issue in the app. The gentleman I spoke with was outstanding - helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I highly recommend!”

We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”

“There are two black guys who work the self checkout in the morning time on the weekdays who are super upbeat and friendly every single time I come into this location. Awesome customer service, always quick to be helpful without being overbearing. I should have gotten their names before posting this review, but just wanted to shout them out for their awesome work. I visit Home Depot locations all over the twin cities regularly, and these two fellows consistently provide the best checkout experience by far. Hats off, and promotions deserved!”
“Went here this morning after seeing the exit to bloomington location is closed. I always thought this home depot was smaller but nope same size. I needed help in the long bulb dept an employee came it was not his specialty but found me someone to help. They don't look the same they are skinnier but he said they will fit. So my fingers are crossed that they will fit. Store was clean and tidy. All employees willing to help.”
