I was sent here by Dred Scott automotive. I am very impressed. The team updated me throughout the process of my repairs. When I picked up my car I was shocked. My car looks much better than before I even got in an accident. The audio bodywork is incredible and the five star customer service team even executed in meticulous detailing of the interior 10 out of 10 would recommend I will not be going anywhere else and will be recommending to anyone who needs auto bodywork.

I cannot say enough great things about Gerber Collision & Glass in Golden Valley, MN! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a true commitment to customer satisfaction. I came in with a minor concern about a molding piece on my vehicle, and Ricky Hatley went above and beyond to not only consult with me but also resolve the issue on the spot with the help of a skilled technician (whose name I unfortunately missed).
The level of care, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help was nothing short of exceptional. The entire experience, from the receptionist’s warm welcome to the hands-on assistance I received, left me completely satisfied. Being in an accident is already such a stressful situation as it is, and Gerber made the process so much easier to deal with. I loved knowing that my car was in good hands, and that it would be well taken care of! My car was beautiful when it was finished, I was incredibly pleased with the work. Pat and his team did a fantastic job, were very kind to me and upheld great communication about where they were at in the process. Highly recommend!

I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else. I’m a single woman, and from experience, I always get the worst quotes when it comes to anything with my vehicle because they just assume I’m helpless or uneducated. I did my research on what I should be paying and where I should be going, and Gerber was the top recommendation, so I gave it a try. Pat came out to greet me right away, got all the information he needed, and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help. That’s when I knew I was in the right place. Very honest and upfront team. Fair price and great and speedy work. Praying I’m never in this situation again, but if I am, I know where I’m coming. Thank you Gerber and thank you Pat!

Dropped off my car and was very surprised by how communicative they were. Kept me up to date with repairs and was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be repaired or replaced. Patrick the GM was also very friendly when i came to pickup the vehicle. 10/10

I would give 6 stars if I could, truly the best customer service there is. Their level of professionalism when helping me was amazing. So glad I found them to help fix my car. My car looks as if it never even had damage ! Huge thanks to Pat he’s the best !!

A second 1 star review in 3 months. Yikes.
To date, I have attempted contact by call and email to the GM of the shop 5 separate times in regard to damage done to my vehicles interior driver’s seat leather while in for a front end repair. I have been flat out ignored after taking the time to bring the vehicle in personally to have verbal acceptance of damages by Patrick. I am very disappointed in being taken advantage of and am taking to the community for others to make the decision for themselves in where to take their repairs.
I would be more than willing to take down this post once the issue is resolved, but that is currently not the case as of 11/11/24 for an issue opened in August within days of the vehicle being returned to me. Honesty and Integrity has not been demonstrated by the GM of this business and perhaps has affected others as well.

I could not speak highly enough of Gerber. We had an accident and were referred to Gerber. They were not only quick with the repair (we needed a rush job) but they were very friendly and communicative along the way. 5 stars is not enough! They were great.

I have taken my Volvo here twice (two rear end collisions 🤦🏽♀️) and they have been wonderful.
Larry knows what he’s doing, is honest and fast with the estimates.
They work with insurance companies and I just brought in my check, signed it over and came back in a few weeks for my car.
The repair work is great, with factory parts so it looks like new again.
