Paid almost $8 for a medium hot chocolate (including 20% tip) and it was watery ☹️ didn’t try it until I’d left the store as it was very hot so unfortunately couldn’t ask for a new one

If I could give 6 stars I would. I come here all the time, and I have not had a bad experience. All of the staff here are super kind and friendly. They always make my coffee just right too. This is my favorite Caribou to go to. :)

I was there morning omg I asked for decaf iced Americano? I got caffeine I can’t have that I’m sick thanks to the dumb girls that don’t listen. I have crohns. The regular girls were off those girls that we’re working should be fired! Plus the girl at register looks like she rolled out bed great way to represent your store and lunds? ? ?

This place does not have a full menu with food, it’s inside of Lunds and Byerlys. It says online that it has a drive thru which it DOES NOT and it’s extremely misleading especially when you’re in a hurry for work in the mornings. Extremely inconvenient, please change your online from drive thru to dine in and takeout

DO NOT DO PICK UP ORDEREvery time i order here the drink is nasty and is not what i ask for unless im there physically tasting it. I order the same thing every-time (mocha extra chocolate) i even pay for the extras to even try to just have a good drink. This is the only caribou by my house if your wondering why i keep ordering.

I came today to purchase an Americano and I was told that the machine did not work but we can try. Once the machine was unable to process the payments nothing was offered like hot coffee or a free coupon for later, I was directed to go to the atm in the store but I don’t have USBANK if it’s a problem with your equipment customer should be given a small gesture of apology! Not coming here again. No offer of apology or anything what I heard from the other staff in the back was it’s going to be a long day! Yikes. Customer service has completely changed in 2000’s

Got cut off when leaving with a full load of coffee and it spilt all over my car, effectively starting my day off horribly. Cue the amazing humans at this location, I ask to reorder the items and am willing to pay for it, but they wouldn't have it and upgraded my sizes as well, ON THE HOUSE. A day that otherwise would have been horrible, was saved by the kindness of these amazing people and I will go out of my way to go to this location purely for the humanity. Give these people a raise.
