Absolute horrible customer service and a total rip off. I had a coupon for $395 brake job. (See photo) I dropped the car off for an appointment at 8:00 am. When they called and finally said the car was done after 4 o’clock, I came to pick up the car and they had only done the rear brakes claiming it was only for one axle (not all 4 brakes) and had charged $90 for an inspection which I DID NOT NEED. The service lady was extremely rude and did not budge at all even though I clearly explained that all I wanted was the job that was stated on the coupon to get done. Now I am out $530 for rear brakes when I dropped off my car to get all 4 brakes done for $395 like the coupon stated. I had got quoted $500 for all 4 brakes to get done from a reputable shop near me but figured I would use this coupon and that was a big mistake.

Antonio is the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had the privilege of dealing with. Not only was he super efficient at hooking up my vehicle and driving it and me home, but he also was great at calming me down from a stressful situation and offering me advice, both with regard to my car situation and also just big picture stuff.

Feist is such a great resource! Their mechanics are great and so thorough. Joanne goes out of her way to make sure you understand each part of their bid. They work fast and their prices are very fair!
If you want an honest mechanic shop, they'll take very good care of you!

If you want an honest evaluation of what your car needs - go to Feist. They are fair, honest and efficient in their service. Highly recommend. I grew up with a dad as a mechanic. Now that I’m an adult and my dad can’t fix my cars anymore - I’m thankful that I have a company like Feist to rely on when it comes to my car.

I highly recommend taking your car to Feist for all of your automotive needs. Why? They are honest, fair, and fast. Additionally, they know what they are doing. I've been taking both of my vehicles here for quite some time and I've always had a great experience. Matt and JP always take care of us!

I bought several car from them over the time and I was told by JP he had few good cars for a good fair price so me and the wife went there found the family car they let me take home make sure fits in garage and meets are needs they went out there way for me and my family and Ron thanks for coming in and meeting me and finishing up the deal these people are great to work with much love and respect Bryce
