Very kind staff when you call in. The phone line is usually static when you’re speaking to a rep but I do find the staff there to be friendly and work quickly to address any questions or concerns we have.

I’ve had Gigabit for close to two years now and have had a wonderful experience with them. I work from home so internet speed is very important for me - I have always had amazing speed with them. Highly recommend!

Gigabit has been our Internet provider for almost 4 years. They have continuously improved their fiber optic service with faster speeds and redundant connections to the Web. Their support people are local and tops at their jobs.
