Service and support is incredible. We've had zero issues with our service and the speeds have been consistent and extremely quick. Today our fiber cable was cut by heavy equipment working at our neighbors house, Gigabit techs were at our house no more than 5 minutes after I talked with customer service. We were without internet for less than 45 minutes! I can't imagine how long we would have been down if we were with one of the big competitors. We will be long time customers.

I’ve had Gigabit for close to two years now and have had a wonderful experience with them. I work from home so internet speed is very important for me - I have always had amazing speed with them. Highly recommend!

I’ve heard Gigabit MN for about 2 years now and since this last March/April, the internet speed are barely 100 mbps even in the off pick hours. There was once a service outage in Rosemount and that changed the whole experience with them. It’s speeds are horrible even though customer service is nice. Gigabit please fix this.

Overall experience has been okay up to this point, but in agreement to another person's comment, Gigabit seems to be much more concerned with the problems of businesses than those of residential clients. My internet was running at a snail's pace on 12/27/21 (a day that most businesses are operational but Gigabit was not) and emergency technicians were only available for assistance to businesses. I felt very underappreciated as a paying customer that attention seems to be prioritized for businesses over other paying customers.

Very poor residential customer service. They didn’t connect household service on time and then wouldn’t respond on the weekend because we aren’t a business customer. Hopefully the service is ok once they finally connect it.

Gigabit has been our Internet provider for almost 4 years. They have continuously improved their fiber optic service with faster speeds and redundant connections to the Web. Their support people are local and tops at their jobs.

I've had service through Gigabit Minnesota for about a month now and am overall pleased with the service.Getting connected was unconventional as the process took a couple weeks from the time I requested service to just being contacted if it were possible or not. At first I was told that it wasn't possible as the fiber loop through my neighborhood was not in my front yard. Instead it was already hooked up to my neighbor next door so they had me reach out to them to authorize the drop to splice in at my neighbor's home. A couple days after getting authorization the installers were out dropping the service and the next day I was hooked up. Very little was communicated throughout this process, but I'm happy I was hooked up.The service has been very stable and consistent. My only complaint is the lack of IPv6 support. I hope this is enabled at some point in the near future.

The installation was timely and well done and the service continues to be excellent, fast and fairly priced. I was excited that fiber optic service was available and Gigabit MN was highly rated and rightly so.,

Good customer service and cheap rates. But we have seemed to have very slow rates for the 6 months we have had service. Typically around 40 Mbps during peak hours rather than 200. A lot of times we end up watching blurry shows because the rate is so slow. Called to get it looked into and everything seemed fine but the problem persists.

I'm a few months in with my Gigabit service. I think it was nearly a year from the time I first expressed interest in getting service to the time my neighbor and I had the lines run. Part of that was due to it being winter. Once installed, I have had no issues at all, got a free month, and have wildly fast internet. I'm also paying $40 a month for the first year, which is a great deal. Next year will be $60/month for 250Mbps internet. So far so good!

Gigabit has been WONDERFUL for our home-based business that requires us to have reliable high speed internet. Other companies cannot come close to their speeds/value!
