my dad and uncle use Gregg and Jim’s for their auto repair and when my van took a turn for the worst they recommended me coming out there from Bloomington. I’m so glad I did! the experience has been wonderful. I was quoted fair prices, communication was clear and they were flexible with my time frames. do not hesitate to stop into this shop!

Really pleased with the affordability, transparency, convenience, and level of service at Gregg & Jim's. They did and oil change and taillight replacement on my car - same day. The end-to-end experience was so simple, 10/10 this is a wonderful business!

Talked to Vincent on the phone and he was very knowledgeable, polite, and transparent. I had my car towed in for some brake repairs and the service was extremely fast. When I described my problem Vincent made a guess over the phone based on a trend that he knew of with the brake system for my make and model, and sure enough he ended up being exactly correct.

I always try to support local and took my car here after reading some Google reviews. This shop exceeded my expectations. It was clear they knew what they were doing. They diagnosed my squeaky brakes and changed my oil at a reasonable price without upselling or over-offering of other goods/services. In fact, they gave me honest advice for parts of my car that were showing signs of wear'n tear, but not in need of replacement yet, and further gave suggestions on when to get those issues addressed. Excellent auto repair shop. First, they do good honest work. Their prices are fair and they are not pushy. Second, they are just kind-hearted people who take an interest in me and my family. I can also see that they are well-connected to the community. A quick anecdote: I discovered my car had a flat tire recently and they got me in right away without an appointment and fixed it under 30 minutes because they are kind and knew I was stranded waiting with my toddler.
