I had one of the best experiences at Jewelry Works. They were incredibly helpful and friendly! I needed a ring resized and they were incredibly helpful and helped me improve the ring i bought besides just resizing it. I don't know jewelry that well, but I do know great customer service and a really good deal. I got both and couldn't be happier! My fiancé was blown away and can't stop looking at her ring and showing it off. This place and the employees I spoke to were amazing! I will only go here from now on.

Unfortunately, my experience here has been terrible. The staff are arrogant and rude. When I picked up my ring, there was a random diamond floating around in the baggie, which I believe was my diamond that they were supposed to have put back into my ring. They bumbled around and said it happens all the time...just diamonds getting left in bags and such. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Quick service for replacing a watch battery. Friendly staff and nice jewelry to view while we waited. Will definitely come here again, for service and new jewelry.

Love the new location, it’s beautiful! My son wanted to buy his girlfriend some heart earrings, and Ryan and Nancy helped create them step by step, choosing nickel-free posts for her allergies, and letting us pick out the garnets and diamonds. It was such a fun and unique experience for our custom jewelry! Would highly recommend Jewelry Works.

Called them when I was in the area to see if they could same day resize my wedding band in a pinch (I previously had them resize my wife’s engagement ring). I didn’t even buy my ring there and they treated me so well, their goldsmith sized it on the spot while I tried some things on from their beautiful watch options. Phenomenal service, See Lisa for purchasing. Side note, their Rolexes aren’t price gouged like everywhere else!

Local, family-owned business that is top notch in every sense of the phrase. Mr. Rydell and his team handled a gold chain repair without any issues, at an amazing price, and ahead of schedule. I am so happy my friend referred my to Jewelry Works! My family and I have used the same small family owned jeweler the past 20 years and they closed the doors due to the pandemic. Jewelry Works is a “hidden gem”! It’s the absolute BEST! It’s a small shop and tucked away in a little strip center. I was nervous to leave my diamond as I’d heard stories of jewelers switching out stones with fake stones (when we were living in Atlanta). We were new to MN and I was referred to them by a very reputable jewelry store in Minnetonka when I needed repairs to my wedding set. This store sent all their major repairs and design work to Dick, the owner of JW, and his wife Linda. Wonderful folks who soon put my fears to rest. Their son, Ryan, now owns it and he continues the family tradition of absolute honesty and his long term employees are great, skilled craftsmen! I’ve utilized their repair and design services now for 26 years and have always been very pleased! I give them a five diamond rating!!

Had a ring resized here in June. Within two months the solder joint had broken. Brought it in thinking they would repair their shoddy work only to find out that they only stand behind their work if they make the whole ring, not on resizing. They said they would repair it but they would have to charge me. Now I don't deal a lot with jewelry so maybe this is industry standard, but it seems that if your work fails within 2 months you should probably make things right. Not gonna throw good money after bad so I'll have it fixed somewhere that stands behind their work.
