I recently had my vehicle serviced at Jim Lupient Infiniti, and I can’t say enough good things about Michael and Moe in the service department. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and genuinely cared about getting things right.
Michael kept me updated throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the options before any work was done. Moe went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed quickly and done right.
It’s rare these days to find a service team that’s this honest, responsive, and customer-focused. I truly felt like they valued my time and business. I’ll definitely be returning for all future service needs

Excellent service in the vehicle maintenance with Mo and team. They were understanding of us with 3 little kids and not having all day to wait. We greatly appreciated the speedy check to determine our next steps for fixing our QX80.

I brought in my INFINITI Q60 AWD for maintenance, including a new battery, engine filters for the twin-turbo, tire rotation, air top-off, and a transmission fluid drain and fill. Michael Le was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and concise. He knew exactly what needed to be done, managed the service smoothly, and got me back on the road quickly.
I live in a rural area but happily make the drive because the team here uses genuine OEM parts, knows these vehicles inside and out, and provides excellent service every time.
Highly recommend Michael Le and Jim Lupient INFINITI based on my experience.

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Lupient Infiniti and will not do business with any Lupient dealership in the future due to their unprofessional business practices.
We test drove a used QX60 here. After considering a few other cars, the Infiniti was still available and we texted our sales person, Kiana, to let her know we wanted to purchase the car. Financing through our own bank was already arranged and we were ready to sign the papers (this is on a Wednesday). At the request of a Sales Manager, Randy, we agreed to consider financing through Lupient if they could match the rate. Over the next day, we worked with Randy, Greg (sales), and the finance people to get approved and scheduled a signing appointment for Friday morning.
On Thursday night, Greg called and said the vehicle was out on a loan and that we may need to sign later on Friday or on Saturday. The car didn’t come back until Friday evening, so we made an appointment to sign papers at 11:30 AM on Saturday instead.
We arrived at the dealership and were approached by a different sales manager, Amanda Ciccarelli, who said the car had just sold and the other buyers were signing right now. I laughed as I assumed she was joking – we had paperwork ready, and I’d had at least 6 calls with sales and finance over the last day to confirm everything, and I was here for an appointment to buy the car. She said “well, we have to sell the car if a buyer is here” like it was our fault we didn’t come sooner and we should have known this would happen. No apology, this wasn’t a mistake or miscommunication, this is actually just how they do business. We had been ready to buy the car three days earlier. Also, if you knew we had an appointment and had been working with your people for the last several days and someone else was interested, why wouldn’t you call and let us know? Oh but wait, Amanda said she had a better car she could sell us instead. It felt like a bait and switch, and we don’t do business with people who operate that way.
When we asked to speak to the General Manager, Tim Ciccarelli, he barely listened, was dismissive, talked over us, and offered no resolution or apology. At no point did either Amanda or Tim apologize or acknowledge the dealership’s role in this situation. The entire interaction was condescending and unprofessional. If it had been an honest mistake and someone would have sincerely apologized, that would be one thing. Instead, it is just the shady way they conduct business.
All of that aside, if the car was already sold, why does Lupient Infiniti not have the basic courtesy to call us and tell us not to bother coming in? That alone makes it very clear that they do not respect their customers or value their time. If you care at all about working with a company who has any integrity, honors their word, or respects your time, then you should go elsewhere.
I will say that the two sales people we worked with, Kiana and Greg, were responsive and helpful. It’s the business practices and the “leadership” that is the issue.

So appreciate the great staff which is the reason I have purchased 4 cars from Lupient Infiniti. Mo is always great! Michael Le helps me several times per month when I bring my car for a wash late in the day. Also amazing with customer service!

The service department is awesome!!! Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. Moe went above and beyond again to make my experience top notch. Quick and complete service the first time! I keep coming back to buy vehicles from here because of the service department and ongoing experience for the life of my vehicle.

Had a great experience today. Logan was amazing at informing me about the features on the vehicle and always kept me in the loop of what was going on in the waiting process. She is for sure the go to person of your interested in a vehicle at this dealer.

I purchased a 2024 Nissan Armada Platnum from Jim Lupient Randy and Logan were great in making sure I had a good deal on the purchase. They made sure I had everything done in one day. I was appreciative in how welcoming they were to me with in person and communication with me via email. They followed up so much. Financing was easily done with an extended warrenty and three free oil change for the year. I will now go their for any future maintenance needs. I really felt important and left with a smile.
