I live about 30 miles from the dealership and chose to make an appointment for 10:00am for an oil change. When I arrived, they had 2 service advisors busy with clients, so I waited for about 10 minutes which is reasonable. When they got to me, they apologized and informed me I would not be seen for 2-3 hours as they had 6 people call in sick and were short-handed. I could not wait that long, so I left. I really wished the dealership could have been more pro-active and called me that morning or texted me as they had my info. A plain text to tell me I was going to be delayed 2-3 hours before I made the 60-mile round trip would have been nice. These days when fuel is not cheap, especially the cost of gas, it would be the courteous thing to do. I will be going elsewhere for service now. The owner replied back several days later saying that a service advisor had left me a voicemail to discuss but even that was never done as I checked my voicemails, and nothing was left. I see this as a characteristic of their service in general...

I needed my air conditioning looked at. I know you have to wait for appointments, so I called and asked if they would just take a look at it and let me know what is going on. They said in this heat they wouldn’t turn away someone in need of an air conditioning appointment and asked me when I would like to come in the next day. I came in the next day and they repaired it. Very happy!

There is always a fear of buying a car... it's going to be stressful, the sales person will pressure me... but buying my QX80 was easy and Kiana made the process stress free. I love my new car and look forward to working with the Lupient team as long as I own my vehicle!

I took my QX60 in for brakes and oil change. From the time I arrived I felt more like a guest than a customer.My service consultant kept me informed and comfortable.I would strongly recommend Jim Lupient Infiniti Service center for all you mechanical needs.

Michael in Service is the man. He's always extremely helpful, he goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I'm always happy to come back and work with him. The work is always done well and professionally, in a timely manner. Couldn't recommend it enough.

we bought a Infiniti QX80 in 2019 from Jim Lupient Infiniti. The vehicle has been nothing but trouble... In March 2023 just a couple of months out of warranty they present us with a $6000 repair bill. The tech admints to us these vehicles just can't standup to Wisconsin winters. They thought we should be grateful for $400 in discount coupons they generously found for us, only when we were so upset with the bill, that steadily grew over a 4 day period. I would never buy an Infinity vehicle and never from Jim Lupient. We thought we were investing in reliability. SO WRONG

I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealership without taking it into a shop to get it looked at before you buy it ... I'm stuck with a $16,000 paper weight that i have to stick $4500 into it to get it fixed after only owning the vehicle for 3 months ... They will not work with you ... Very dissatisfied with this dealership ...
