older man who works here came in yelling at other staff who were working. disrupted the whole place and made me feel bad for the other people working.

Everybody loves suns and this place is great and friendly staff as well. Would eat here again. Our food was fresh and a pleasant visit.

This location consistently has bad service. Almost always an hour wait time, and this time when I called because someone else's food had been delivered after twenty minutes, and mine hadn't after 45, I was hung up on. Absolutely unacceptable.

My first bad experience was with them not delivering it to the right place. (It was on the receipt saying back building and the guy that took my order said it didn’t and then confirmed that it did say back building). Which was roughly 2 weeks ago.I decided to try again and placed an order. I just called to see where my order is since it’s been about 20 mins and the lady that answered the phone said he left about 11 mins ago with two other orders. I asked how long before it’ll get here then? And she said she doesn’t have a tracker on her drivers- so what’s the tracker on the page for? I’ll tell me when or where they’re at. I clearly didn’t have access to it to see where they are. This place use to be good, but not anymore. I will never again order from this place, people here feel so entitle to being right even when they’re wrong. Jimmy John’s freaky “you can fill the blank”.

I come here all the time, usually the people working are very kind & attentive. I walked in tonight & the 3 girls working looked like i was bothering them. No greetings, nothing. I even said something about it & they couldn’t care less. Whoever owns this location look at the footage around 7:15pm tonight you will see it. It’s hard to trust anybody making your food that acts like that.

The women behind the counter are showing very poor ethic and are extremely rude.. won’t be coming here again after tonight.Invest in better employees that care about their job!!!

Management here is great, my orders are always what I put in (normally on the app) and usually on time.I sometimes come a tad early so any “sitting around” time is on me. Great crew that is friendly, recommend this location if other locations have turned you off to JJs.

They are guaranteed to forget the mayo packets everything single time. No matter how clear you make it to them. I put my NAME as mayo, and in the notes put mayo but somehow it is always forgotten.

WOW - if I could give this location NO STARS I would. I placed an order an hour ago. Just called to check on the status and the manager said it was still there. I asked for an update on approximate time of delivery and she said she didn't know - she was "running around like a mad women and we are short on drivers". She proceeded to tell me that it would "probably be another 45 minutes to an hour" - TWO hours for Jimmy Johns?!?!?! The worst part is she was extremely rude to me - I'm the customer and now without lunch for the day and she ended the call by screaming "Ma'am....I'll void your order"....and hanging up on me. WOW! Just wow! That's embarrassing and you should probably hire better management staff because I will never order from Jimmy Johns again because of her.

The food usually doesn't take very long to get once it has been ordered. Also, the staff are generally nice and friendly here.

This store gets extremely busy at times. Also the sign on the door states they are under staffed. Be patient and get a delicious sandwich that tastes fresh every time.Parking: Busy parking lot. Drive safely
