Lions Park offers a drinking fountain, picnic tables and benches in the open area. The playground is for ages 5 to 12 and has regular swings, a baby swing, slides, tunnels, a spinning ride that looks like a tilt‑a‑whirl at the state fair, monkey bars, and more. The park has well maintained soccer and baseball fields and a warming house with barhrooms. Restrooms are available, with 2 bathrooms that open mainly during mid‑season and end‑of‑season softball tournaments. It is used by the Golden Valley Girls Softball league for practice and play.

Golden valley girls softball is an amazing organization and they play on the 4 baseball/softball fields. It's perfect for that. They have a playground, walking trails and outdoor hockey rink too. Love it!
