The lady there this morning was rude. She logged out before even asking me if I even wanted to write down my confirmation number to put onto my loan papers that I wanted to since I did call in to pay my loan. I don't recommend doing business with this place. Super rude people. They need more professional people working here. I wanted to not put a star but it wouldn't let me post unless I at least put one.

Dealt with Dawn out of the Minnetonka office, trying to set up a business deposit account. Felt she was uninformed, condescending and not solution based. Will not be depositing funds there even though we've been 30+ year customer.

Customer service is awful. Online- Very slow response times, if a response is even given. Takes follow ups. The branch isn't educated and gave me improper direction which wasted a lot of time on a significant concern. I can't seem to get basic questions answered, will be pulling my money soon..

Required me to start a savings account to obtain a mortgage. Told me to put the minimum $5 deposit in. Once I had the mortgage, I asked if I could close out the savings account. They said no. Then, they charged me $5 out of the savings account for an "Inactive account fee." This is not what you want in a bank. Don't need a bank robber when the bank is robbing you.

I just want to start out saying that I have made every payment on time until I switched jobs then the date for the payment changed for me and we let the bank know so the payments were going to be a few days late so me and my wife started getting harassing phone calls about the payment being late so I called to see if we could change the date and their response was no you need to make arrangements to make them on time so I talked to a supervisor and she said even though they know the situation they will continue to call us everyday to tell us it's late I said i don't want you calling me at work she said she didn't care where I was that they will still continue to call, they are very unprofessional and will not do business again. I have asked them several times to stop calling and they deny my request. The supervisor said it's not harassment it's their policy to call everyday it's late until you pay the one lady was very hateful.

Used to love it here. Ask me three months ago and this would be a much different review. I would say the banking here is great, right up until you have to actually talk to someone about anything other than your basic depositing / withdrawing from your checking / savings. I've been trying to get a hold of one of my representatives (and they won't let you switch representatives no matter what happens) for how to use my mechanical repair coverage. I've been trying to get a hold of them since mid November. You heard that right folks, I gave them three months before writing a rant review. Do you know how long three months is in the banking world? It's literally 10% of my repair coverage time. Their branch is fine. I got a hold of a member connections rep and they said they would email me, but never got anything back from them. I've been a member here ever since it was General Mills Federal Credit Union. Maybe staff has changed, maybe it hasn't, but I can probably tell you that this is probably going to be my last one through them. Their interest rates are even higher than Hiway federal, but I went with them usually cause of their service, but holy cow was I wrong.
