We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle at Motorwerks MINI. They had a fabulous selection of vehicles (not just mini's) and we found the Volvo we wanted. Sam Dorsey was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, had great follow-up and provided a non-pressure buying experience. Signing paperwork and arranging finance was also a smooth process. Impressed with the professionalism of the entire Motorwerks MINI team. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience working with Sam. I strongly recommend if you are buying a car you work with him. He was very direct n patient with me since I know so little about cars. Not to mention how respectful he was of both me n my time. I cannot thank him enough for finding me my car. Drove off the lot grinning ear to ear thanks to him.

Great cars, utterly horrendous dealership.
Website, salesmen, and the sticker in the window all stated the car was certified pre owned and had passed their inspection with a clean bill. Mid-signing told me it actually wasn't due to no oil change being documented, which removed a warranty from the sale.
Also had a trim piece replaced because it was dented and bent, somehow missed in their inspection. They replaced the trim piece incorrectly and ended up chipping the paint around it, not fixing their blunder because it wasn't part of the work order.
Also also, when I eventually got the title from them, it was the wrong car.
Not trying to imply there was anything malicious from the people that work there but there's just too many oversights for me to trust them to be competent in their actions, moreso for the sales department than the service center.

The experience was wonderful. I love my mini. I think the only part is going over the warranties and what’s included what’s not how long you have the warranty. Then how you can buy a warranty for 3.000-4.000 that covers this but not that at one point, I was sitting there, thinking am I making a mistake by buying this car! Just made me feel like are all these things gonna go wrong with it?

Friendly staff and not at all pushy. They really know their mini coopers and take time to make sure you know all about your new mini before driving off the lot!

My son bought a used truck from you 6 months ago. It's been nothing but trouble. This vehicle clearly was not serviced at all before the sale. The moonroof didn't work, all the bearings are shot, needs a new head gasket, mechanic said it appeared the oil was never changed...ever! The truck was $5000.in repairs this time. Appears they just put a bandaid on a vehicle for some poor customer to deal with. Not a reputable business.

Sales and financial staff all made my experience with mini Motorwerks a pleasant experience. Love the fact that the license plate is available immediately upon purchase. So many more pluses and very professional personnel.
