“I first bought from them at the sioux falls reptile expo to get feeders for my crested gecko and my tree frogs. I was quite happy with them so I placed a recurring order for crickets as well as a large cricket enclosure setup. The crickets arrived in great condition and well-packed. The setup really will help keep my crickets healthy and thriving in between shipments. Really happy with them!”

“Love this place! For how small it is, they have a great selection of both basic supplies and more niche products, and the staff (and greeter kitties) are always so friendly. “The staff there was so incredibly helpful. I brought in my foster dog for a self-serve bath and they saw his itchy skin from neglect from his previous owner and the groomer suggested a shampoo that isn't normally offered through the self serve option, but is through the grooming service. They brought out a bottle especially for him, and I couldn't have been more appreciative. I know that everybody that works at your store loves animals, but it appears they also love making every interaction a great one as well. I bought a five pack of the self-serve washes, a bunch of treats, I will be back again and again.”

“Love this place. Has a great selection of raw or cooked meats as well as accompaniments such as cooked yams. They also sell a variety of healthy dog treats as well as toys and supplements. Not over priced. When I moved I thought I wouldn't be able to continue to pick up my dog's food but there are multiple locations around the metro that I can reach in a short drive.”

“My senior girl, Faith, started suffering with degenerative disc issues in December of 2022. We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes.
