“I cannot say enough good things about the chat support team at Bulk Reef Supply. I was at my absolute wits' end dealing with a mysterious, cascading issue in my tank that was completely tearing down my coral and killing shrimp/crabs. It was incredibly frustrating, draining, and I was genuinely ready to throw in the towel and quit reefing altogether. Instead of giving me generic troubleshooting steps, the support team dug deep with me. They took the time to ask the right questions, patiently look at the data, and help me track down a rare, hidden source of copper contamination that I never would have found on my own. Thanks to their expertise and willingness to stick with me through a complex problem, I was able to isolate the source, save what was left, and turn the tank around. They didn't just give great customer service; they saved a reef and kept a hobbyist from walking away. If you ever need technical help, trust these folks. They are the gold standard.”

“I first bought from them at the sioux falls reptile expo to get feeders for my crested gecko and my tree frogs. I was quite happy with them so I placed a recurring order for crickets as well as a large cricket enclosure setup. The crickets arrived in great condition and well-packed. The setup really will help keep my crickets healthy and thriving in between shipments. Really happy with them!”

“I greatly appreciate all of the kind and knowledgeable folks who work at Pet Doctors. Everyone who works there truly wants the best for my pets and I have been so grateful for their thoughtfulness, particularly when my previous dog was going through her final days after a cancer diagnosis. They helped her stay as comfortable as possible and stayed in touch with me throughout that difficult time. I just brought my current dog in for vaccines and everyone treated him like he was a star. There is a calm vibe to the office and both of my dogs have felt comfortable while there. Thank you to everyone at Pet Doctors!”

“Love this place! For how small it is, they have a great selection of both basic supplies and more niche products, and the staff (and greeter kitties) are always so friendly. I just recently found some coffeewood chews and some CBD treats for my dog that I was thrilled to be able to find and support locally. Here she is immediately enjoying her chew!”

“The staff there was so incredibly helpful. I brought in my foster dog for a self-serve bath and they saw his itchy skin from neglect from his previous owner and the groomer suggested a shampoo that isn't normally offered through the self serve option, but is through the grooming service. They brought out a bottle especially for him, and I couldn't have been more appreciative. I know that everybody that works at your store loves animals, but it appears they also love making every interaction a great one as well. I bought a five pack of the self-serve washes, a bunch of treats, I will be back again and again.”

“I really like this local pet store! Great to support a local private company that has most of what I need. Im impressed by the leash and life vests and main brand foods at a price that can beat chuck and dons. Clean and well stocked and with a Groomer/daycare next door. I do see many smaller dogs in and out of the day care over many visits fyi, which is great. Nice local secret place, check it out!”

“My senior girl, Faith, started suffering with degenerative disc issues in December of 2022. We started seeing Jenny once a week and Faith has recovered very well (will never be 100% again because of her issue & age). We continue to see Jenny 1x a week and it helps Faith SO much. One time we missed a week and boy could we tell the difference it makes! Recently, Faith had a set back & has been limping quite badly. We went to see Jenny for our regular appt in the morning and by the time I got home from work, Faith was feeling SO much better it brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for all that you do for our fur babies and us! You must have magic in your fingers.”
