Great place for great deals on high quality furniture. It's hit or miss so you may need to come multiple weekends to find what you're looking for.If you are serious about finding what you're looking for come before opening time on Saturdays. There will be a line to get into the warehouse. The people working there are pleasant and the experience, even when crowded has always been positive.

I have always loved this store and felt it was worth standing in line and going back and forth, taking the chance that you might find something or you might not. We found a custom sectional that fit perfectly after 5 visits there. The delivery team was wonderful but told us that the modular sectional didn't come with connectors like the sales rep told us and there was no way of putting it together. We bought this sectional with the understanding that it could connect. After a few calls (with a great customer service rep), they said they'd figure out a way to connect it and send delivery team out in two weeks to fix. I then noticed that it had animal hair all over it and I didn't notice this when it was on the sales floor at the outlet store. I had to shop vac it, though I still find random pet hair every day on it. It's not the biggest deal but when I buy a $6k couch, I'd expect it not to come with pet hair. Then the delivery guys came to connect the couch and it's now clear why it wasn't made to connect because there are inch gaps in all of the pieces. I wish they would have just given me the discount I asked for and I would have tried to connect it myself. The delivery guys also left it with what looks like a grease or pen mark on it that despite being spot cleaned is still there. The customer service was good and they were committed to help but too many things happened that I wouldn't expect from this level of furniture store. I've always liked Room and Board but I think this is the last thing I buy.

Pro: great deals on quality furniture with minor imperfections (at most). The staff is awesome!Cons: only open on the weekends, the line to get in gets long, but it generally moves fast. Once inside, it can be a bit chaotic. We've been here 4 or 5 times, and purchased over a dozen items. This is an outlet for customer returns, floor models, and/or discontinued items, so you never know what you are going to find. All the inventory is in very good shape, though. Some items have easily spotted minor imperfections, but most look brand new and in perfect condition to me.They are only open on the weekend, and people start to line up 30 or 40 minutes before the doors open. The line gets long, but moves a lot faster than you'd expect. Once, I was as at the end of the longest line I've seen there, and I waited about 30 minutes before I was in the door.Once you're inside, it's a bit hectic. Lots of people scrambling to look through the inventory. Once you find something you want, you flag down an employee who marks the item as sold, and gives you a tag to take to the register. The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They do a great job managing the chaos. Without such a high quality staff, the place would be anarchy. Can't praise them enough.Once you've made a purchase, you can choose to have your items delivered (for a flat fee), have the staff load your items into your vehicle for you, or load them yourself. We have used all 3 options. Delivery was fantastic. Fair price, delivered within a week of purchase, easy to schedule, delivery crew put our items where we wanted them in our home, just as friendly and respectful as all the other staff. The staff that loads your purchases into your vehicle for you at the store are wizards. Very careful, respectful of your purchase and your vehicle, and must be Tetris champions.

Love the products. Most of our furniture is from here collected over the last 30 years. Yet still feels modern. Priced and demand are up. Very popular. Not into their gay pride or promotions.

Drove 4 hours to arrive when outlet store opened. Already a long line so my husband stood in line and due to recent surgery, I waited in the car until he got to the door. Unfortunately, he went into the store and was waiting for me just inside the door. The employee at the door told me I had to go to the end of the line. We left and will purchase our furniture elsewhere. We have bought a considerable amount of furniture from Room and Board in the past. Rules are rules you know so the fact he went inside first and there was another couple between us meant I had to go to the end of a very long line. Ridiculous!

High end furniture at thereabouts of half price. So couches around $2,000. Lots of neutrals and I'm a girl who likes color. End tables, dining room tables, rugs. A kids play area. Nice staff. Check it out, never the same place twice.

The furniture at this store is not only beautiful, but also very comfortable. I love spending time in my new living room, thanks to the cozy couch and chairs.

I have to admit, I was skeptical at first when a few friends told us to try the Room & Board outlet in our quest for a couch. The weekend-only hours and the competition didn’t seem appealing. But we gave it a try, as we recently moved and really wanted to find the right couch. We arrived on a Saturday right at 10 am, and the line outside was probably 50 people long on a cold January morning. The line moved quickly, and the energy inside the building was high. Lots of people, movement, and excitement.Even thought we went in with the intention of just looking for the first visit, and not buying (to decrease the pressure of needing to purchase that day), we found a couch we loved, which I am currently happily sitting on. The cashier was helpful, and let us choose our delivery date. The couch was delivered early this morning, and the delivery team was professional, prompt, and careful within our space.Overall, a very positive experience, and I already want to return just to peruse. In addition to couches, we saw arm chairs, mirrors, bookshelves, tables, and more.

Deals can be had on quality Room & Board furniture but manage your expectations. 1st, it does take some time to get in the store when they open on Sat and also checking out takes some time. Expect to spend 90 mins to 2 hours here. 2nd, selection varies every weekend so there's a chance you won't see anything good on the day you go and all the hot deals will be gone by Sat afternoon. They do deliver and it's a flat fee no matter how many items so that is a bargain! Don't need to rent a truck and find help to move.

Looking for furniture, and pulled the website and the first thing is "WE HATE PETS". I mean I don't take ours when furniture shopping but yeah I'm not buying from anyone who hates animals THAT bad to make stuck a headline as their website. Maybe the dogs don't like them? Dogs know. Always trust the dog. Going elsewhere.
