Thank you. So much. Nobody in town had a very small but very critical part I needed to get hot water back on at home. Nobody except W.H.O. They even helped over the phone as I installed it. For $25 they helped me not have to replace my entire water heater and helped me get more life out of what I already own. Deeply grateful.
