On the Friday before the 4th of July they decide it's proper to close the pharmacy at 2pm. The staff at the store lied clearly to my face by saying that the script got automatically rerouted "to all the Walgreens in the area". In an effort to call out their BS, I called the next closest Walgreens... and spent 17 minutes on hold for the pharmacy before giving up. Mind you I'm from out of town, have to leave town in the morning, and these shingles are effing killing me. Thanks for nothing Walgreens. You've lost my business for good!

This pharmacist often has information that conflicts with the information my doctor has around my prescriptions. They refuse to contact my doctor to resolve issues so I'm required to get my doctor and the pharmacist on the phone together. This happens at least 3 times a year and each time my doctor explains to the pharmacist that their information is incorrect and that they should just call next time if they have conflicting information. Again, they won't do this. I have a prescription that my doctor states clearly cannot be quit cold turkey. The disorganization of this pharmacist results in me missing this medication and getting dizzy, tired, and unable to carry out my normal day-to-day activities, including work. This pharmacist's lax approach to my health is very frustrating and potentially dangerous.

Pharmacy is great here, but the store staff is trash. I checked out my groceries at the front and saw the cashier rang up my item twice so I asked for a receipt just to double check everything was right and he told me he couldn't give me a receipt because he accidentally pressed the wrong button. What BS, I asked him to print an itemized receipt and he said he couldn't do it. Obviously he is untrained because there is no way you can't print out a receipt for a recent transaction. b*******

This is the worst place to get a prescription filled. It seems they never have my prescriptions even though it's an every month prescription then when I need some oxycodone it takes them 7 hours to fill it. Seriously 7 hours for 30 pills???? It's time to find a new pharmacy that can actually have my scripts in stock when I need them

I've had NOTHING but issues with this pharmacy. Ive been using them for several years to refill my prescriptions. One time I called to refill and spoke with a man in the pharmacy and he's was extremely rude and short with me and told me to go online to order my prescriptions. Another time, I called, placed my order for Rx's in the morning, told them I would be there in the evening to pick up. I went to pick up and there was nothing ready. They told me there was no call for the Rx's. When I was asked to wait for another 30 mins while they prepare my Rx's, I asked to speak with the store manager. They called for the Manager over the loud speaker, and he/she never showed up. Im done. As of today, when an associate placed me on indefinite hold, I hung up and changed my pharmacy. Im done with these people. They are very rude and inefficient and clearly have ZERO customer service. Thanks for nothing Golden Valley Walgreens. You lost a customer for life.

Stood in line at the pharmacy and they had the meds that I needed to buy in the ladies hand and she would not ring me up. She was literally just talking to her co workers and didn't acknowledge I was standing there! How rude? Do not recommend this Walgreens Pharmacy.
