I was Not happy and will Not allow them on my property ever again! I asked multiple times for an estimate. On the phone and in person I was not given the costs - until he told me it was $300 to have 2 remotes for my garage doors! He kept saying 'annual maintenance is done too" - We have not had maintenance on the doors in years and they worked just fine! He blamed the office staff for not telling me things, and he also did not tell me the whole price until the work was done. He also put a sticker on my wall without my permission! I felt run-over by this experience. IF I had my wits about me, I should have told him to take the remotes and get off my property!! Saved me headaches, frustration! I hope someone else can learn from my horrible experience!!
