Lake Superior Trading Post is a Grand Marais tradition and family-owned business since 1971. It is a perennial award-winner with a great selection of cool northwoods stuff. The store offers lots of unique items, interesting gifts, and treasures galore. It carries a wide variety including camping gear, hiking supplies, footwear, men's and women's clothing, local T-shirts, books, toys, and kitchen supplies. There is something for every person. The staff is friendly and helpful. Many find it a fantastic and fun place to shop with good memories, though some note items can be a little pricey. It is totally worth the visit.
