From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere that put both me and Creed at ease.
They were incredibly thorough in examining Creed and took the time to explain everything in detail. They were patient with my questions and provided valuable insights into Creed’s health and well-being. It was evident that they genuinely care about their patients and are passionate about their work.
The treatment plan recommended was clear and tailored to Creed’s specific needs. They also followed up to ensure Creed was doing well, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the experience was outstanding, and I feel confident that Creed is in excellent hands.

Voyageur Brewing Company
233 W Hwy 61, Grand MaraisWe stopped at **Voyageur Brewing** in Grand Marais three times during our trip — that’s how much we enjoyed it! I ordered the Brule River Blonde Ale every time and my boyfriend had the Blueberry Sour. Both were really good, and they offer a nice variety of craft beers (I’m just not an IPA fan, but they do have a few options for those who are).
We also tried the pretzel with their mustard and beer cheese — both were delicious, but that mustard was *amazing*. We honestly wanted to buy a jar to take home!
Out of the three visits, two of the bartenders were super friendly and conversational — especially Josh, who really stood out. Overall, a great spot with good beer, tasty snacks, and a welcoming vibe. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

My Sister's Place
401 MN-61, Grand MaraisLove the atmosphere! Especially the sassy little stickers at the bar chairs and all the license plates. It just makes you feel like a great little place you WANT to go to. The food is simply amazing. Even on a busy evening, they never make you feel like your one in a crowd, you are someone special. If you are wanting something specific, ask, they try to work with you. We had a great convo on how pizza sauce varies in different places, and I go to try a taste first...OMG. its so delicious! Really, it is simply the best! I have been there a couple times now. Once in the summer and once in the winter. Better than some of the Twin Cities places I been to.

Sydney's Frozen Custard
19 Wisconsin St, Grand MaraisThe pizza is amazing! The pizza has a delicious thin crust with a crispy undercarriage and great flavor from the wood fired oven. Also definitely recommend the Chicago dog and fries!
The location and seating are perfect - grab a spot on the roof for beautiful views of the lake!
