What a great experience!! This is what shopping small business is all about! Kristofer is always excited to see new and returning customers and you truly feel welcome. There are always new items being added and the selection is awesome! If you're looking for a gift (for others or yourself) you should be able to find something here. If not, you'll at least enjoy a great look around and feeling like they are truly glad you stopped in. We try and stop by anytime we are in the area (6+ hr drive.) It's definitely one of our favorite shops! Incredible place and owner!!

Beautiful & thoughtfully curated items. I always find a treasure here. It's my favorite place to buy earrings and I LOVE earrings. The owner is very talented, sweet, and obviously has a very discerning eye. And any place that let's me shop with my doggo gets an A+ from me!!!

Stopped in on a whim. Gracious owner, lovely, minimalist shop with all sorts of unique items, artfully displayed. Definitely worth a visit for a change from the usual North Shore offerings.

Walked in and saw the pottery mugs with ugly faces on them. Walked out the door. We felt very uncomfortable in this town.

I live in NYC and ordered a jacket from Upstate MN. It arrived within days, with constant updates on order receipt, shipping date, and package status. When it arrived I opened it to see it had been wrapped with such care, which meant a lot to me because I had been eying this jacket for a full year before deciding to buy it, and it was a very special purchase for me. Also included was a sweet personal note from Kristopher. I saw him mentioned on this site and it looks like he does everything! Quite impressive. It was clear just from this brief encounter with Kristopher that he puts a lot of love into this store and his community, even extending his community to me halfway across the country! Thank you so much for a lovely experience that made my day!

Yes, as one reviewer noticed, the shop does have some political work. It is opposite of what I lean towards and initially it was almost negative for me, but I stayed and engaged with the owner who is very friendly and knowledgeable about the artists and companies he carries. Don’t let politics keep you from visiting this gem. I am looking forward to visiting again next year. Seriously, look past politics. You will find the the owner is really sweet and kind and there are plenty of beautiful “non-political” works in his shop that you will enjoy.
