Customer service is awful. Service is awful. It's not worth the headache. I'm searching for a new provider, its that bad. It was a 1000x better when it was locally owned.

Arvig is a communications company that can’t communicate with their customers. Their customer service at the home office in Perham is a complete failure.

Small town phone and internet provider. Finally have DSL with up to 25 speed. Had mine upgraded. No longer need land line. Fast friendly service at the Grand Meadow office.
