I believe my phone has been hacked. I was told to call 611 and the recording said this " Due to company phone trouble, call back at a later time." I want to return this phone as it is NOT working out for me. The icons that show up and if you click on just any of them, your system has made it way to complicated to use any of the icons and sometimes I cant make phone calls with it because of the icons if you click on one, will not leave the screen. Also a message came up that what ever password is on it has been changed. I never changed any password, as a matter of fact I cant even find it on the phone. I am not impressed with this phone. So I will be returning it next week.

I love going to the Grand Rapids store and working with Zac. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and so fun to work with. I can't wait to get my new Samsung S24 Ultra phone.

Austin was very helpful with answering specific questions and seemed very knowledgeable overall. He was persistent with problem solving and able to resolve concerns as the onboarding occurred. And--- He interacted quite well with my teenage son and allowed him to appropriately engage in the decision making. Thank you, Austin. :-)
