This is a review and genuinely sincere apology and friendly Hugs to Toni(CEO & Owner) for clarifying a huge misunderstanding. I apologize to Toni for not coming to her directly with the scenario in hopes she'll forgive me.
I'm now going to provide a review of our 14 years plus with the Bubbles and Bows Team. My daughter and our family have trusted the care & grooming of our family pets exclusively with Toni and her team at Bubbles & Bows. They have always been responsive, caring, kind and fun loving of both Abbey & Berklie(Yorkies). Our family and certainly myself are grateful for their care and work. I am scheduling our next grooming for Berklie and will continue with Bubbles & Bows as our trusted Pet Care Team. Again Toni I am so grateful for you and your team!!! Also very sorry for not coming to you directly.

Not the same - service declining. It's a bummer because my family has been going to Bubbles and Bows for years. It sounds like others had the same experience. I took my dog in for a grooming appt, spoke in depth about what I wanted. When I picked him up, he was completely shaved down in December. This was the opposite of what I asked, and he was shaved without contacting me. I asked to speak to the owner about options and was told the owner would contact me. I reached out several times, left messages, and was never called back.

We’ve been bringing our cocker spaniels here for a few months, and everything has always been great—until today. My partner brought both dogs in and was met with an incredibly rude front desk employee. We had written out instructions for their grooming because last time their coats were left too long and some important details were missed. Instead of accepting the instructions, she scoffed at the request and had a poor attitude the entire time.
When we picked the dogs up, we were really disappointed with the grooming. Our youngest dog had long whiskers left on one side of her face, a noticeable patch of missing hair on her front left paw, and the top of her head was unevenly cut. Our older dog’s back was full of visible shave lines, which has never happened before. Usually, the groomers leave it smooth and blended into the legs, but this time it looked rushed and unprofessional—especially for $80 per dog.
I’m not sure if a new groomer worked on them this time, but the quality was so disappointing, and the overall experience left a bad impression. Sadly, we’ll be looking for a new groomer after this.

Bubbles and Bows is the very best, safest, and most caring place for grooming and boarding your pet. We've been taking our Coco, a Chiweenie there for over 7 years, and at now at 14 years old, she's just as pretty and frisky as ever; as you can see in her beautiful Christmas portrait from Bubbles and Bows! Be sure to stop there for all the pets on your Christmas list. Bubbles and Bows has a great selection of fun and practical gifts for dogs, cats, and even humans!!!

Great place! We were treated so nicely. My 13 year old Schnauzer cross is getting touchy about grooming. I really appreciate that he was treated so kindly. He looks great all trimmed up. Thank you!

We were up north for a long weekend and didn’t get a chance to bring them in for a groom before. We were hesitant to try anyone besides our usual groomer because we have had some bad experiences when we try anyone new. The overall reviews here seemed good so we called and they got us in the next day. They were very friendly and took such good care of our pups. They were efficient got both boys done in under 3 hours. Paid careful attention to detail around paws, face, ears and eyes. Which can be very tricky. Would definitely go back! This place is the only place I trust for my cat. I’ve had terrible experiences elsewhere with my cat coming home acting strange and peeing outside the litter box. When I took him here, they did an excellent job grooming him. He came home acting confident and looking great! Bubbles and bows is my absolute go-to for my furr baby.

Very disappointed specifically said I wanted my cats fur trimmed only shaved where there was matting. Shaved her whole body! Won't get my business again.
