I just got into town from the cities, so I stop in at 6 am for a slice of pizza. There is not food put at all. With all the competition out there, better step up your game. Just an update nine months later and still the same, no food out. According to the hours they've been open since 4 am it is now 6 am!

I was in Casey's today for a quick snack. While waiting in line I noticed the cashier interacting with a young customer, probably 10 years old or so. The cashier was upbeat, engaging, and appropriate for such a customer. It made me smile. Then, after he rung the young man up it became apparent that he didn't have enough money to pay for the few items he bought, but the cashier kept it upbeat, was helping him figure out what he could keep and never said anything that would embarrass or make his customer feel bad. A different customer offered to pay for the balance of his purchases and both the young customer and the cashier were immensely thankful, polite and so pleasant. It was such a great exchange to witness.
I don't know the young customer or the cashier but I made a point of finding out the cashiers name. Zach, thank you for being so great in what could have been an awkward situation for this young customer. You were awesome to him and the customer who helped. It really restored my faith in people watching how you delt with that! You are a great person.

So I was pretty disappointed because we went at 2:30 on a Thursday and ALL of the trash bins outside were full. People set their trash next to the bins. It was disappointing. The only thing that redeems this store is the friendly staff and large selection of snacks.

This is my neighborhood go to store. Im there on average about every other day. The store is always clean and staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The only thing i would say needs improvement is that they tend to run out of my favorite beverage, Coca-Cola a lot.

I used to stop here multiple mornings each week on my way to work to grab a slice of breakfast pizza (best pizza ever, in my humble opinion) and whatever else caught my eye for the day. Caseys has been my go-to for fuel also. Over the past year or so, I've found that there is often no pizza available and service has really gone downhill overall, including long lines at the register with a single cashier while you can hear multiple employees chatting in the office or kitchen area, other items not stocked, and general cleanliness issues. It's frustrating and I don't know what changed, because the time frame I stop in has mostly stayed the same.
Once I started noticing the pattern, I started trying different times of the morning too, thinking maybe I was just part of the morning rush and had bad luck, but it seems to be a consistent issue. If the place is so busy wouldn't you think they would recognize that time of day is very busy and have more employees actually working? And if there's that much demand for pizza that they are selling out, why wouldn't they be making more overall? My love for the breakfast pizza has kept me trying to find the sweet spot for timing, but I think I'm giving up completely.

Ive been trying to get ahold our area manager for months so I hope you see this. I have a few problems apparently only you will be able to handle and I'd like your help as soon as possible. I work at the store and would really like a call back.

If you're in a hurry head somewhere else. You'll spend more time in line waiting for the single cashier employee than pumping gas.

People are always talking about Quik-Trip this and Kum-n-go/Maverick that. Those fools have never had Casey's pizza. It has been some time since I lived in the mid-west but I will always look fondly to those days if only for (besides Steak-n-shake being actually good out there) my taken-for-granted access to Casey's. Casey's in general, including this location, are otherwise bog-standard convenience stores, but that friggin pizza still hits. The first time I was in here, the lady in front of me took like 5 minutes to do 1 minutes worth of just paying for something which was almost frustrating, but i knew my reward for waiting was Casey's pizza. The second time I was in there the clerk was an underage girl who was entirely too flirty, but I was waiting on my Casey's pizza and too intent to enjoy that to be distracted. The next time I was in I couldn't tell if the clerk was debilitatingly high or just not able to enunciate, but i had Casey's pizza to purchase, but i also grabbed the highly advertised spicy chicken sandwich. Let's just say Casey's should stick to what they know, because that chicken sandwich was CHEAP meat, the kind of chicken you cant bite through and then after getting through the membranous outside of the meat, sort of jelly-like inside, but the pizza was still everything you could hope for. The last time I was here it was the same clerk as time 3, but he was well in command of his english this time; the pizza still smacked. I tried the Casey's exclusive Mountain Dew "Overdrive", and it was alright. The claim is that Overdrive is like Livewire with lime, mango and strawberry, but it is really Livewire with a hint of mango. Not bad, not great. My last visit I tried the Mountain Dew with Goji and Strawberry and that was a friggin sleeper hit, kept me awake on a 7 hour drive with good taste to boot. Casey's pizza is cheap and greasy and amazing, gives all other gas stations a run for their money.
Parking: Ample parking and easy.

Really nice people every time I go in. Clean and organized. Wish prices were a bit lower but that’s not under the staff’s control.

I didn't find anyone there named Casey. Did I go to the wrong place? Is this false advertising again?? Why does this keep happening???
